At Every Child Should Smile, we believe every young person deserves to feel supported, valued, and connected to their community. Founded in 2021, our organization serves youth in under-resourced and high-crime communities by helping them overcome barriers, build confidence, and recognize their potential.
Through mentorship, educational support, hospitality-based learning, workforce readiness, life-skills development, and community outreach, we create meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and thrive. Our goal is to provide safe, encouraging spaces where every child feels that they belong and understands that they are an important piece of the bigger picture.

Our mission is to empower youth in under-resourced and high-crime communities by helping them overcome obstacles, build confidence, and develop a strong sense of belonging. Through mentorship, education, workforce readiness, life-skills development, food assistance, and community outreach, Every Child Should Smile creates supportive opportunities that help young people recognize their potential and build brighter futures.

Our Diamond Reentry Village and Diamond Haven initiatives extend this mission by helping parents and other vulnerable adults achieve safe housing, stability, improved health, workforce opportunities, and family reunification. By supporting the entire family, Every Child Should Smile helps create secure homes, stronger communities, and brighter futures where children can continue to learn, grow, and smile.
